Gym
Open the glass garage door in the Gym and you walk right out into the beautiful Japanese Maple garden. Keep the door open as you work out to experience the outdoors and gorgeous lake view. (It helps with the pain). This massive room can contain as much gym equipment as you want to throw at it.
Versatile Space
This room is 700 square feet (plus two large closets and a Safe Room). It can be used for anything, but just make sure it is a room you spend a lot of time in. The Japanese Maple garden just outside the garage door and the lake beyond is an experience you will want to enjoy often.

Japanese Maple Garden
Just outside the gym are unusual geological formations that were uncovered in the excavation process. There was some kind of ancient miniature waterfall in this area. We carefully dressed this area out to create a beautiful garden with Japanese Maples, dwarf Mondo Grass, rose bushes and stones. It's a gorgeous hidden little garden with a backdrop of a quiet cove on the lake.
Secret Safe Room
One of the "closet" doors in the gym is actually a 55 sqft concrete-encased safe room. With a steel door and concrete on each side, top and bottom, it's the family retreat when the weather outside is frightful.
