The Lake Room
Perhaps the most unique room in the entire house, you've got to see this room to believe it. This is where the family hangs out. This unusual room is an indoor/outdoor experience in that the room is split into two parts. "Inside" is the game room where you can have a TV, Pop-A-Shot, Foosball table, game table, etc. But raise the internal garage door and that's when the magic happens. Now the room has doubled as you combine the unusual porch.
Are you "outside" now? This is an "integrated screen porch" which will make you ask yourself whether you are inside or outside. The 80% Kevlar screens hold in the heat or the AC but still give the feel of a screen porch. Infrared heaters are installed in the ceiling for those colder months.
The family will love hanging out in this unusual room. Sitting in a comfy outdoor lounger with a book and a hot beverage watching the activity on the lake (which is only a few feet away), or gathering together on the swing couch and just hanging. This room is genuinely unique.
Elevated View of the Lake
This room is so versatile and can be anything you want it to be: a party room, a family hangout, or a devotional retreat. Whatever you do here, you have stunning elevated views of the lake.
Game Room
This room has plenty of space for Foosball, pool, darts, ping-pong, gaming table. Even a 3D printer!
Glass Garage Door

Peaceful Retreat
Perhaps the most peaceful room in the house, the Lake Room is your escape room. Infrared heaters installed in the ceiling make the serenity of this room a nearly year-round experience.
